Our allied health team’s focus is on tailoring your rehabilitation for you to return to your injury or work demands. We provide a variety of options from manual therapy to exercise based rehab programs.
Services that we are able to provide to Work Cover clients include:
- Physiotherapy: Assessment and education, Hands on treatment, tailored exercise prescription.
- Exercise Physiology: Home exercise prescription, balance and gait retraining, strength based exercise programs.
Our goal is to help you in:
- Minimising your pain levels
- Increasing strength and function
- Increase work hours and perform tasks safely
- Prevention of re-injury through self-management strategies
- Improve your confidence to return to work.

Entitled Veterans are able to be referred to our allied health team with a valid DVA Referral Form(D904) from their GP(General Practitioner). Once we receive the referral, one of our team will get back to you ASAP to arrange a booking.
We treat DVA clients at their convenience – In our clinic or using a gym and/or home services.
Our team members
Zhi is our principal Physiotherapist and has had extensive experience working in a variety of settings including hospital, private practice, community and aged care. He has worked with a few private organisations including St John of God Murdoch and Medibank as a physiotherapist before finding his calling in private practice.
He has worked with patients with neurological, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal patients, and love seeing improvements in his patients and the smiles on their faces when they see and feel the difference. He is also available for phone consults for eligible clients.
He is also involved with a few local sporting clubs namely the Rockingham Rams Football Club. When he is not in the clinic, Zhi often goes on road trips on his motorcycle, the beach, or on nature hikes.
Nabila is our friendly Registered Psychologist, and her passion is improving the quality of life of those struggling with a range of difficulties within the community. She helps people with a wide range of difficulties including:
- Anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues
- Alcohol and drug misuse
- Relationship difficulties/ Couples Counselling
- Stress management and work related stress
Nabila uses a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. She is also available for phone consults for eligible clients. When she has some time off, she is catching up with friends over coffee, and exploring Perth for new food experiences!
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Rey is our Clinical Exercise Physiologist. He has had a lot of experience working with DVA (Department of Veterans) patients who may received injuries/conditions due to their time in the service.
Rey can assist you with using the most up-to-date exercise programs to help combat and manage musculoskeletal, cardiac, neuromuscular, metabolic and pulmonary issues. He has a keen interest in helping clients improve their confidence and function with a tailored exercise program.
